When we made the decision to go solar, we had no idea how confusing this decision would be. We compared the different companies available in our area and found PowerSync to be the best for our money. They were very patient and worked with us when we found we needed a new roof. There were many delays in getting the roof and through it all they were there to answer any and all questions we had. Their personal were fast and efficient. We are very pleased with our new system.

We received detailed information for the operation of our system in writing and through discussions, and when we forget and don't look at our notes and instead call with a question, we get a friendly, prompt and patient answer. We have had our system installed since late August and it is saving money already! They are a professional company that treats your house as they would their own. We had a minor roof leak when first installed and they were at the house within hours on a Friday night and we live several hours from their location! I would highly recommend this company, we had several quotes and they gave fair pricing and was not trying to sell a larger system then we needed.

It's been 7 months since installation and so far so good! System went down a few months in and before even noticing I received an email asking if everything was okay. They had everything fixed within a week. Now that's customer service! I would recommend Powersync solar to anyone.

Everyone at Power Sync Solar are first rate in my option. From the very first contact until the finial switch on of my system, they kept me informed of what was going to take place and how. Everything I was told is exactly what transpired during the entire process. This was the seventh solar installer I had give me an estimate, and the only ones who would install the system on my metal building. Price was fair and they even filled out all the paper work for my rebate (which I have already received)! They were honest, kind and easy to work with, I spent years looking for the right system for my home and they delivered!

I got a few quotes for a rooftop solar electric system. Power Sync Solar gave me a quote that matched expectations based on my research. They were significantly lower than the guys who advertise on TV. Andrea and Jonathan are professional, knowledgeable, good communicators and very easy to work with. They got the system installed quickly, working 10 hours on some days. Although they are based out of Joplin, they have done multiple installations in Benton County and have contact with a local electrician who does the Benton County permit-compliant electrical hook-ups. After the installation, Andrea continued to answer my questions as I saw the system in action. Great customer support. I am a numbers guy and like to see estimates and data from other solar sites. Power Sync Solar was very cooperative in that as well. Its been 8 months since the installation and the system is working well.
