Workmanship Warranty
Tesla provides industry-leading warranties to ensure your solar panel system is producing energy for the long term. Tesla strives to provide you with the highest quality equipment, so we rigorously vet the suppliers we partner with.
Tesla provides a 25 year panel performance warranty and a 10 year workmanship warranty. The workmanship warranty ensures our installation workmanship will be free from defects for 10 years from the date your products are installed. Tesla warrants that all roof penetrations we make will be watertight for at least 10 years, or as specified within your contract.

After more than 15 years of getting by during a power outage with a wood-burning stove, water jugs, and candles, my teenage girls told me it was time for back up power. I agreed. So we investigated a propane generator because it was my understanding it would be more cost-effective. I am so glad I decided to spend a little bit more for 2 Powerwalls. Not only will my solar panels power my home AND charge the Powerwalls during an outage, but I can control the flow of power using Tesla’s integrated App, taking advantage of Time Of Use (TOU) electric grid pricing that allows me to sell solar power to the grid in peak hours with the highest pricing, and then re-charge my power walls from the grid after midnight for pennies. Conclusion: Generator would be static, providing power only during an outage (boring and ugly) whereas the Power Walls are dynamic, and provide clean renewable energy while providing the ability to control the flow of power on a daily basis using Tesla’s App. Aside from the Powerwall, it is simply amazing to power my home while drive one of the fastest production cars in history, also powered by renewable energy, at a surprisingly affordable price. Being able to power my home during an outage (the ability to go “off grid” when the grid is down) is just icing on the cake. Thank you Tesla!

The crew did a great job for my solar panel installation today! Our house is on the hill so it is more difficult to carry the materials and do the installation, but the team did very well, worked efficiently, took all trash out, and helped us to arrange the access for the garbage truck pick up.
