I had enphase solar system installed in the home I was living at and now some time later I fell as it has been used against me I would have never had it in my name if I truly knew what and how it would and effecting me to the date thinking about sex favors for money isn't illegal but actually following thru with those thought and doing it is a crime enphase is a fraud and detrimental to human life
Avoid this Enphase products, Hard to get Firmware updates and micro inverters to latest version are impossible thru Enphase company reps. Brand new solar system were installed 02/2023. System still not work as it should be and Enphase keep saying it is fixed.
Got solar panels and now my light bill went from 125.00 per month to 350.00 per month. Have to pay mosaic 180.00 per month for the panels. No one cares that the panels are not producing like they were promised when the sale lady sold them to us. So far everything they promise is a lie. It took almost a year for them to get a pto to turn my panels on, but i dont think they ever turned them on. No one came out to even check after i called lumino. Worst company that i have ever dealt with. A. Cunningham today is 10/9/2023 totally dissatisfied.
My Gateway will not restart after a wifi outage without a reboot. All my other devices restart automatically. The company has responded to my contacts by making temporary fixes only.
The salesman that sale this crap will say anything to you to make the sale. Not one thing that was said by the door knocker sales team is true. My electric company does not even honor solar by back. So I need to switch electric company’s to do so and it’s .11 cents higher than what I have now. The contract stated a price and the amendment contract was a different one. The real bill which has been 215 dollars is more than what my electric bill is. The system does not even produce half of what I use monthly. So I put this system up and now they said you signed the contract. I pay them what the system produces and it changes monthly. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! I am for warning you. This is nothing short of a scam. But they put you in a contract that has a no cancelation clause. Trying to make things right and all you hear is here is a case number and we will call you back. No call back and when you call they say it’s been closed. There is nothing you can do. I would pay 10k from this ugly junk off my roof and them gone. Don’t say you haven’t been warned
