I was quoted by many installers in the area, all with the same materials, but NRG had the best quote. We were worried going with the lowest cost quote might mean they have issues in other areas, but to our delight we had no delays and the staff was very friendly. We passed final inspection two weeks ago and just received notice of our permission to use the solar and batteries, and very excited.
I went with NRG as it was the best products for a competitive price, and their sales team was very patient. I had a lot of redesign requests and they were always kind and professional. Install time was only a short wait and looks great.
NRG went above and beyond to satisfy our needs, all in the agreed upon timeframe. We wanted our install to take place before the winter and didn't give NRG much time to deliver (2 months). They did finish and it looks great!
