Nice to work with

For technical reasons, we went with another company, but we are satisfied that solar Optimum is honest, competent, and responsive. We think that the estimates from S.O. and other companies could be accompanied by more interpretation of the meaning of things like "system size" and more explanation of what sorts of inverters and batteries are preferred under different circumstances.

Successful solar installation

Decided to install solar just as California was eliminating NEM-2. Solar Optimum despite being slammed with orders was able to design system and file before NEM expired. Installation was exceptionally quick and crew was very conscientious. System operates as specified and electrical cost is now nil. Fantastic!

I wish everyone in the solar industry was as easy to work with as Juan. Great customer communication, and follow up after the install. I never had to ask him anything twice and his answers were so thoughtful I didn't have any additional questions.
