Warranties & Certifications

Workmanship Warranty

Workmanship - 10 yr warranty on all labor and full factory warranty on all products. Most inverters we are using come with a 25 yr factory warranty and 25 yr warranty on panels.

Roof Warranty - Roof Warranty: If installing the System requires penetrations to your home’s roof during a system installation and thereby causes damages to areas of the roof that are within a three (3) inch radius of the roof penetrations, then such roof damage will be repaired for your benefit, at any time during the period from the date the Service Provider begins installation of System through the longer of (A) one (1) year following the installation Start Date and (B) the length of any existing installation warranty or new home builder performance standard for your roof up to but not exceeding ten(10) years (the “Roof Warranty Period”).

Wonderful experience!

Adding solar can seem like a large undertaking with a lot of uncertainty around size, panel selection and paperwork. Our experience with Solar Rising allowed all of our questions and concerns to be put to rest. They walked us through the process step by step, were responsive and collaborative. Solar Rising

We just got solar for our home and used Solar Rising. From our first call they were prompt in coming out to look at our roof and very quick to give us a complete estimate that was very competitive with other vendors. Their work was perfect and they walked us through every step with town authorities and Eversource. We were up and running on time and on budget. I highly recommend Solar Rising!

Fantastic solar installer partner

Solar Rising was a pleasure to work with -- overall really responsive and the day of install (as well as post install) was blissful. Team is very knowledgable and extremely friendly when on site. In addition, when I've had questions post-install the team has been responsive and helpful. Installed an Enphase system - super happy with it all around. Producing beautifully and plan to add batteries soon too.
