Do not use this company

Took over six months to install the system, about two months to get it working, worked for four months then suddenly stopped working, three months and seven service visits to get it working again. Turns out installers switched wires when installing (red is actually black, black is red) so took a comedy of errors to finally accidentally fix it. These guys are incompetent and sales people will yes you to death and do nothing. Do not use this company.

Excellent Job

I had a Trinity Solar Consultant come out, they gave me an estimate for solar on our home. We qualified to get solar at NO Cost, and we were able to control how much we pay for electricity over the next 25 years, and it is less than we are currently paying the utility. We highly recommend Trinity.

We signed onto Trinity and find we are a customer of Sunnova

I signed on to auto pay with what I thought was Trinity Solar. Now I realize I am paying Sunnova. They were withdrawing payments automatically for a year and a half. Then for four months they were not withdrawing my payments without my knowledge. (My other auto pay accounts like my insurance texts me when they withdraw payments). Suddenly I get a letter indicating that they are disconnecting my service and possible removal of the system at my expense. I had no idea that they were not withdrawing my payments. It took over an hour on the phone to straighten this out. Theoretically, my payments are now being automatically withdrawn again. I would not recommend either Trinity or Sunnova Solar. This was a bad experience.
