Maintenance Requirements:
Included in the PPA and the holders of the PPA contract are responsible for all maintenance and warranties
Efficiency or Sustainability Improvements:
As part is the initial energy audit Suncatcher Energy saw that the lighting needed to be changed to all LED's. The energy they will save was included in the design and sizing of the solar power system. Because of that the price of the solar power system was reduced by $10,000. The lower priced system also included the cost of the lighting equipment and the installation of the LED's.
